A shared shower facility is available for guest use during your stay, located a short walk from the yurt. Parking: From June to September, guests may park directly beside the yurt for easy access. From October to May, due to wet ground conditions, parking is available at the front of the farm. During these months, you'll enjoy a scenic 3-minute walk to reach the yurt from the parking area. The setting on the heritage farm is so charming and relaxing, and everything was clean, warm, and thoughtfully set up. Such a special place to unplug and welcome the new year. The Finnish sauna by the pond is a must and the shower by the farmhouse, a short walk away, is a great addition. There is a BBQ for cooking but we did use our own little camp stove for morning coffee and toast. A great back to nature experience with a view across the fields. ##### Steve M. My family really enjoyed our stay at Foxfire Heritage Farm. What a unique way to camp in the comfort of a 2 pod yurt. They had everything that we needed minus a shower. There was lots of firewood for our cold nights but it was only softwood...which had me up every couple hours to restoke. The beds were very comfortable and the power pack was such a convenience to keep our phones charged. We really loved being able to explore the property and visit with all the animals.
