Hotel carino e comodo se si vuole andare all’outlet. Siamo arrivati alle 8:10 di sera e abbiamo chiesto di poter cenare. Ci hanno fatto capire che eravamo un po’ oltre l’orario limite, ma sono stati gentili e ci hanno proposto di mangiare una bistecca con le patatine. La scena era buona però non c’è stato possibile scegliere quello che volevamo veramente. Colazione buona e abbondante.

Het is een kleinschalig hotel, met zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Er is daar nog tijd voor een praatje. Mooie omgeving, leuke dingen om te doen. De kamer is ruim, schoon en heeft prima bedden. Badkamer is ruim, schoon en modern.

Hotellet ligger i en lige landsby ikke ret langt fra den tyske grænse. Meget flinkt personale. Aircondition på værelset er en stor fordel.

- Wij kregen niet de kamer die was geboekt. - Op de digitale bookings-factuur stond het woord belastingen en het woord totaal. Toch moesten wij ter plaatse toeristenbelasting afrekenen. - De kipsaté bestond niet alleen uit vlees. Er was ook vleesafval bij gedaan. - Dit hotel was voor ons geen succes.

As an expatriate, one of the perks of living in Europe is the travel. A recent three-day weekend consisted of a short drive to The Netherlands and Belgium. The town is located minutes from the German border. Situated above the restaurant, which you walk through, are cozy and modern rooms. Locally owned, the proprietor and his wife are exceptional hosts. Additionally, the friendly staff offered suggestions for sightseeing. The area is peaceful, not too far from Roermond and its shopping outlet. Overall, most of the Dutch people I have encountered are engaging.
