The spacious and bright newly built apartment with exposed beams consists of a living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed with single bed + single pull-out bed, small double bedroom, bathroom with bidet and large floor-level shower. The apartment does not have a parking space but you can take advantage of free parking under the house.

Important Notes:
- minimum age to check-in is 21 years old
- there are actually 6 beds. For a family made up of 2 adults + 4 children under the age of 10, we consider accepting the 6th person with a fixed supplement of 15 euros per day
- heating on request, mandatory 10 euro per day, available from 01/11 to 01/04
- check-in from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
- small pets allowed with a cleaning supplement of 30 euros
- deposit (mandatory): 200.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having inspected the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
