Situated in a quiet section of the vibrant University Park neighborhood of North Portland or the 5th Quadrant as locals call it. Head across the street to our food cart pods, pizza shops, beer, and bottle shops, along with other bars and restaurants. Easily drive, take transit, or ride share to other parts of Portland. \* <1 mile from New Seasons grocery store \* 1.4 miles to Fred Meyer store (groceries and more) \* 0.7 miles to Starbucks This is an excellent hub for outdoor recreation: If you are a runner, skateboarder, or biker, step out the front door and head South to the bluff just off Willamette Boulevard.
