Stylish, 2 bedroom,2 bathroom apartment in Alvor -shared pool in great location

Situated in Alvor, this luxury apartment is only a 5 minute walk to the village centre, and 10 minutes away from the beautiful sandy beach and nature reserve 3km boardwalk. Alvor is a gorgeous fishing village packed with fantastic restaurants, cafes and bars.
Alvor has many water activities, boat trips,Skydiving, family water parks and fabulous golf courses to play are close by.
The apartment is in a lovely private gated complex in a quiet location with private parking and a shared pool.
It has two fully air conditioned bedrooms: one master with King size bed and en suite, and a second bedroom with 2 single beds and a separate shower room and toilet. There is lots of storage in both bedrooms with wardrobes and drawer units.
There is also a double sofa bed in the fully air conditioned lounge.
Along with free Wi fi, the apartment is equipped with televisions in the lounge and both bedrooms
The spacious, airy kitchen has a dining table and chairs that leads on to the balcony with a lovely pool and garden view. The balcony has a table and chairs with an electric sun awning.
The kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and fridge freezer.
Within 200 metres there is a Pingo Doce supermarket with fresh bakery, meat and poultry and an impressive fresh fish counter.
There are cafes and bars close by Eden Spa with featured mini golf with fun for all the family is a 3 min walk. There so much to do and enjoy in beautiful Alvor.

Beautiful spacious apartment with very short walk to Alvor.Few things is apartment is on first floor with no elevator and it states there is a safe but this is broken so not able to use.

Excellent location

Sue's unit is lovely, in a great quiet location within walking distance to everything as noted in the description. Alvor has many restaurants to choose from. Sue's recommendations were very much appreciated. The kitchen was well stocked and Pingo Doce grocery was a short walk so we bought fresh daily. Alvor is a great place to enjoy the ocean and wonderful for hiking. The Sunday morning market at the river is a must.Sue was very helpful after arrival, picking us up at the airport and giving us a walking tour of the lovely villiage of Alvor. She is a great host and very responsive to any issues we had. we enjoyed our stay. Thank you Sue for sharing your unit withy us.

We had an excellent family holiday here in Alvor. The apartment was first class, Everything was there. Spotlessly clean. Pool is amazing and location so near the town but in a nice quiet area. Supermarket vey close was so good. Thankyou Sue and Sandra.

Racist host, scamming guests off money after check-out. Made a long list with things she meant we didn’t do before checking out, which were completely false. We contacted vrbo & they were more helpful. In addition: Ants everywhere, dirty cutlery, etc.

comfortable roomy apartment in Alvor

Everything was great about this apartment. Location, parking, 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, and lots of room to spread out in. Large living space with comfortable couches to curl up in, dining area and a balcony overlooking Alvor and a stunning pool.! One can walk easily to the village and to the beaches and boardwalks. Excellent groceries available, within a 5 minute walk. I highly recommend this space.

It was great to have someone that met us at the property with the keys. The apartment was like a home away from home, with everything we needed. The location was great nice and quiet, but yet only a short walk into town . Would definitely return again.

Home from Home

What can I say... this was our 3 visit to Alvor and certainly not the last. 1st time staying in Sues lovely apartment, we were familiar with the area and would not hesitate to stay there again, we loved everything about the place, felt like home from home. Rooms were all tastefully decorated, beds were really comfy and all the mods cons in the kitchen. There is nothing that we did not like about our Holiday aside from having to come home after our 10 days, Alvor hold a special place in our heart and I hope we can visit again soon.

Beautiful apartment in gorgeous Alvor. So close to the town and it had everything we needed for a fabulous family holiday! Everything so clean and well equipped. The pool area was so relaxing. Will definitely be back! Highly recommend!

The property was clean and tidy. It was beautifully decorated and had all that facilities we needed including a washing machine and dishwasher. The property manger Sandra was easily contactable and contacted us before our journey began. She was there to great us and show us around and was super helpful. We had a really nice time and we'd stay here again. It's even suitable for families and has an onaight pool which was also great although super cold.
