Located just 5 minutes walk from Praia da Rocha beach. Composed of a room with fully equipped kitchenette, bathroom, living room with 2 sofa beds and bedroom with double bed. Air conditioning (hot and cold), cable TV and WI-FI. The bedroom and living room have access to a balcony with a view of Praia da Rocha. The accommodation is in an area where you can enjoy your holidays without noise and disturbances, being ideal for relaxing with your family and/or friends. A short distance from the apartment there are supermarkets, gyms, bars, nightclubs, restaurants, shopping areas, etc. The accommodation has a specific parking space (for small cars) in the building's garage. NOTE: Only 4 people are allowed (including adults, children and babies). \- A deposit of EUR 400 is required upon arrival. The deposit will be charged as a payment by credit card, Revolut or advance bank transfer. The deposit will be refunded up to 3 days after check-out, after a complete inspection and cleaning of the accommodation. PORTIMÃO TOURIST TAX: According to applicable municipal legislation from 14 March 2024 for all bookings, guests must pay in cash at check-in: \- In high season (01/04 to 31/10) 2€ per person, per night. \- In low season (1/11 to 31/03) 1€ per person, per night. Note: \- The fee is limited to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights per stay, and is only charged to guests aged 13 or over. \- Water, electricity and gas consumption expenses (if applicable) are included within the normal parameters of conscious use. Un buen apartamento en un lugar precioso, muy bien comunicado para salir a hacer excursiones por el Algarve, cerca de la playa y con muchos comercios alrededor. Quizás el precio de la fianza sea excesivo para los días que estuvimos. Que se devolvió íntegro en muy poco tiempo. Está bien para estancias prolongadas, pero para 4 días muy alto, y de echo es lo que me han comentado mis amigos. A equipa da Nuris2U muito rápida a responder às nossas solicitações. Em menos de 2h colocaram um grelhador novo à nossa disposição. A iluminação da sala/cozinha. À noite a iluminação peca por ser pouca. Tivemos dificuldades em Jantar peixe, por exemplo. Mas de resto, excelente opção para as férias.
