The apartment is on the front line on the 3rd floor of the Atlantic Building. It has fantastic sea views, a balcony where you can relax. The living, dining and kitchen are in a common space. Giving access to an outside balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped, including dishwasher and microwave. kettle, toaster. Induction hob to cook your meals quickly etc. The sofa makes bed for two people and has air conditioning. Includes cable TV and internet. A parking space. A double bedroom furnished with lots of storage. Another interior room with single bed. The bathroom has shower basin and toilet. Just get off at the elevator, it's right in front of the beach access stairs. The building is surrounded by shops, cafes, etc. No car needed for everyday shopping. If you want to go to the shopping center or move to the center of Portimao. The condo is in a very nice location at the end of the Praia da Rocha beach, just across from it. We were pretty much walking distance from several restaurants. There is a grocery store within a short walking distance. The condo was nice and clean. The bed was very comfort. The kitchen has all we needed to prep a quick breakfast in the morning. The small balcony has a wonderful view of the beach. On the weekends it is loud from bars below the apartment. I would recommend ear plugs if you are a light sleeper. Graça was great on greeting us and quick to respond to a few of our needs. The condo was also a +/- 17 min walk to the Portimao Marina where we took our boat tours. We used Uber to and from the train station and also to some recommended restaurants in Portimao. My only recommendation to Graça would be written instructions on how to operate the laundry washer (LOL). It was not intuitive and our clothes came out of it dripping wet. No big deal. Apr 16, 2025 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Prima plek Prettig, alleen hadden we verwacht dat we nog meer aan de frontlinie zaten, we zaten nu aan de zijkant waardoor alleen in de middag vanaf 14.00- 17.00 uur zon was.Het appartement is gedateerd en het servies e.d. is nodig aan vervanging toe.De bedden waren uitstekend en 1 x per week of 10 dagen verschonen daarvan en handdoeken wissel prima!Goed om te weten dat als je de auto in de garage parkeert je het zendertje meeneemt, mocht de lift het een keer niet doen kan je toch buitenom de garage inkomen. ##### Piet S.
