uxury house in old part of the town center of Portimao! All the interiors are done by owner of the house the Interior Designer based in England! His work is well-known all over the world like New York, Paris, Bahamas, England, Portugal .. Inside of the house you will find the most luxury design between colonial and modern in 350 m²

The house is 350 m² and about 80 years is very Art Deco in green and white walls, with doors and windows are in white and nickel ornaments.  
The luxurious interior in colonial and modern There is a big collection of arts and beautiful pieces of furniture lanterns and chandeliers. On the entrance of the house there is a seating area large black staircase on the ground floor the main lounge with about 75 m² The ceiling is 4.5 m high, white resin floor's. The room has 2 extremely long white sofas and 2 arm chairs there a desk for work and a bar. In the walls art part collection of the owner and lots off details plants, consoles, lamps ... Small TV room with green bamboo wallpaper orange sofa and a 60 inches TV. The dining room has a capacity of 8 to 10 people, and there is a chandelier with crystal and bronze from the outside patio with Jacuzzi plants lounge for sunbeds and a table.  
On the first floor there are four bedrooms and bathroom.  
On the master bedroom is super king bed the colors of the walls there in gray beautiful decoration chandeliers also the sitting area and a desk tv and storage.  
The second bedroom is called the monkey bedroom there is a four poster king bed 2 rustic beside tables a chez long in skin great chandelier in bronze.  
The third bedroom called the mirror bedroom the walls are in dark gray is a king bed working area with a desk TV and a sitting area.  
The four-bedroom suite is a king size bed.  
Between the bedrooms there is a balcony where you can walk around and enjoy the view of the old town and the river ...  
There is two kitchens with oven microwave washing machine coffee machine juice machine toaster is everything what you need for your holidays and the breakfast area with the dining table.  
From the house everything is walking distance you have the shopping street 100 m from the house bars the typical restaurants also around the marina just down on street
