A quick walk and you're on the white-sand shores of the Forgotten Coast. This spacious end-unit is 3 bed/2.5 bath that is fully furnished and stocked for up to 10 people. It features lovely gulf and canal views from the three covered porches, community pool & hot tub, foosball, and much more. Not to mention we are dog friendly! Bring up to 2 of your fur-babies and enjoy an amazing beach vacation! THE PROPERTY 🏝 Single-Family | 1,806 Sq Ft | Short Walk to the Beach Master Bedroom: King Bed Bedroom Two: King Bed Bedroom Three: Queen Bed, Double Bed Living Room: Pull-Out Couch PETS: The home is dog friendly - up to 2 dogs weighing no more than 50lbs each. Dogs must be approved by owners and there is a $250 pet fee per dog, per stay, due at time of booking. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture and must be crated anytime the owner is not present. Guests are required to abide by all state/local pet laws. INDOOR LIVING: Modern beach-themed interior w/coastal touches, modern furnishings, Flat Screen TV w/Cable in living room + Smart TV for streaming services. Master Bedroom, Bedroom 2, and Loft all feature a flat screen tv with Roku for streaming services – no cable. Living Room provides breakfast bar seating, dining table seats 6, two recliners, and two couches. Board games can be found under the living room tv. KITCHEN: Fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, cooking utensils, knife set, blender, coffee maker, breakfast bar, cookware, wine glasses, eating utensils, and serving ware. OUTDOOR LIVING: Garage for car or hang out spot, garage refrigerator, back porch + chairs + grill, outdoor shower, second story balcony in the front w/ocean views and back balcony with patio furniture. A few great dining options are within walking distance; Mango Marley’s, Caribbean Coffee, Crazy Beach Pizza, and Shell Shack. The unit can accommodate 2 full sized vehicles, one inside the garage and the other on the side of the garage. Please make other arrangements for any additional vehicles. Upon first entering the home, we were greeted with a beautifully lit Christmas tree, a wrapped present under it (a unique Port Saint Joe beach ornament), and two sleigh-themed gift baskets filled with scrumptious goodies. I felt as though my family and I had arrived to a five star stay at a luxury hotel. This Sunburnt Sunset home definitely did not disappoint and absolutely does score its due five stars from me. The home was tastefully decorated, and our accommodations were clean, spacious, and comfortable. The home’s location and close proximity to the beach, local restaurants, and shops made things extremely convenient for us. The home management team was kind, thorough,and helpful in my communications with them. It surely will be a pleasure to stay at Sunburnt Sunset again, and I highly recommend this home to any family wishing to make happy memories in a gorgeous setting. Very clean, great beds, tons of tv’s, lots of seating in tv room, and well stocked Kitchen. There were plenty of beach chairs to use, a great beach wagon, beach towels and an easy walk to the beach. Plenty of space to gather or spread out. Both the pool and the beach were just a short walk from the house and being on the corner lot was perfect for walking to the local shops. This house was great and in the perfect location. House was spotless when we arrived and AC was nice and cool on a hot July weekend! House is updated and nicely furnished with lots of amenities. I appreciated it being "dog friendly" and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes and spices. Zach was very helpful and provides beach chairs and towels. He also provided a very helpful wagon to take equipment to the beach. The walk to the beach was quick and we loved being able to walk to a nearby restaurant and shops. Awesome home with everything needed to just kick back and relax. Away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to drive if you want. Lots of mom and pops bar and grills with excellent food and a little live entertainment. We will definitely be back to see the white sand soon. This was a beautiful house. It had all the necessary amenities for meals, sleeping, relaxing, playing foosball, and even the beach - which was just steps away. My husband and I were extremely comfortable and so were our dogs! Zach was very friendly and immediately responded to any inquiries We live north of Destin and actually ESCAPE there a couple times a year to the Forgotten Coast. In addition to Mexico Beach, which is recovering famously from Hurricane Michael, we also enjoyed checking out Apalachicola, Cape San Blas, and Port St. Joe during our visit. Forget Okaloosa County - visit here instead! ##### Laura H.
