This stay was the best stay I ve ever had anywhere!! Easy check in even got early checking, clean and stocked with everything you could need. Great location. Beds were comfortable plenty of pillows and linens. I can not say enough of how this is the best stay I ve ever had in a VBRO. We will definitely stay here again.

Ashley was so easy to work with. She allowed us to check in early and everything was just as expected. Just a short walk to the beach and everything you need was available.

EZPZ all the way

Responsive host and no surprises here. Close to the beach, clean well appointed kitchen and everything we needed for a quiet retreat. Quality mattresses, pillows and a nice patio enclosure with grill and beautiful palm trees. Go for the beach and stay for the fresh seafood. There's plenty of both between here and Port St Joe.

Great place

Perfect location to everything. Condo was clean. Communication with Ashley was great. Only thing we didn’t like was the bathroom upstairs for the second bedroom was only a shower and the toilet was downstairs. Would stay here again for sure.

Family Trip

Great accommodations! Well stocked kitchen and comfortable beds! Short walk to beach. We rented carts from Russ at Top Notch Equipment Rental and it made brining our stuff back and forth so much easier. Less than a five minute walk to the beach but after a day in sun and surf you really appreciate those big wheeled carts! Thank you to Ashley for that recommendation and also for some great restaurant options!

Wonderful get away!

Our stay at Set Sail 3 was amazing! It was clean and welcoming when we arrived, having all the amenities we needed throughout our stay. The 2-3 minute walk to the beach was perfect as we’d join a small handful of people enjoying the sun and waves. The Gulf breeze was a daily enjoyment! Folks were kind and welcoming throughout Mexico Beach and Ashley was a joy to work with! Highly recommend this beach house. ☀️

Perfect beach condo and great communication with owner

The property was clean and inviting. It was about a 3 or 4 minute easy walk to the beach. Everything we needed was provided. Beds were very comfortable. There were lots of toys for the children. We ran into a problem with the dishwasher and it was quickly resolved. The owners were super quick to respond and very kind and helpful when we contacted them. We would definitely love to stay here again!!

Great month in Mexico Beach

My wife and I have been staying at multiple properties on the panhandle to help us decide where to settle for the winter. This property has a lot going for it. Check in was seamless and easy. Our host Ashley was available for any questions throughout our stay. The many positive for this townhouse include: Comfortable beds, terrific sheets and pillows. Well appointed kitchen with all the little accessories and gadgets. Full size fridge with a fast ice maker. Great patio area with a Weber gas grill. Free to use Tommy Bahamas beach chairs and fantastic beach towels. Bring your own beach umbrella. Full size washer dryer! Definitely pack less. Small downsides: The pots and pans like many long term rentals need a refresh. We bring our own non stick skillet and presto electric griddle, so that was no problem for us. The beach is 5 minute walk. If you have a lot of gear, walk out the back gate and go one block over and rent a beach cart for your stay. We spent mainly the month of March here and it felt like home. Would definitely recommend, and will return if our schedule allows.

Peaceful Stay in Paradise

Set Sail 3 was truly a home away from home. The place was spacious, with plenty of room for my dad and my family. The beds and seating areas were comfortable, and the kitchen was well appointed. The fenced in back patio with grill was a nice addition—my dad and husband spent a lot of time there. The walk to the beach was quick and easy, and there were plenty of chairs and sand toys if needed. Thank you for this peaceful stay in paradise for our first vacation without our beloved wife/momma/nana.

Excellent Property

This property lives up to the listing and the owner is fantastic to work with. Everything is clean, updated and the location in regard to the beach is excellent. We spent 7 nights relaxing, celebrating a 50th anniversary and enjoying the beach. Although Mexico Beach is still in the rebuilding stage, the construction noise was minimal. We highly recommend this rental and will definately be returning ASAP!
