Salty dog on the rocks

  • This is the lower unit of a two unit beach home. 2017 heated In-Ground Pool with leni shared with Salty Dog Straight Up (fees do apply for pool heat). A beautiful open floor plan with updated kitchen, bar, dining room. Beautiful views from expansive windows of the Gulf from the open concept living space. The interior space flows out to a 10x30 screen porch. You can open the windows for a sea breeze and to hear the surf. There is a futon (in cabinet under TV) for extra sleeping in the great room. The master bedroom is tucked around the corner. Complete with a washer/dryer. This property can be rented with VRBO
