You will be able to shop for bikes, paddle boards, kayaks, beach chairs, umbrellas, or even beach carts. No need to find the rental company, your gear will be delivered to your beach house and will be waiting for your arrival. \- Renters must be at least 25 years old. \- Events that exceed the maximum number of guests or require supervision are not allowed. \- This is a non-smoking property. Bringing a pet or want pool heat? Either one can be arranged for an additional fee (please note that pool heat will only raise the water temperature 10 degrees above the outside temperature). Please check with us on size and number limits for pets. No events are allowed that are over the occupancy of the house or groups that require a chaperone. We absolutely enjoyed our stay! We especially appreciated the upgrades since our last visit, like the second refrigerator. Big disappointment was the small size of refrigerator (about the size for a two bedroom apartment with no ice maker. Big negative. Most of the outside ceiling fans did not work and a light fixture was missing and wiring exposed. A mildew/mold stain around an inside light fixture. Definite lack of adequate maintenance and upkeep. Master Bedroom bathroom had a prefab shower that looked like it was from a Motel 6\. Expected something a little more upscale for a Master Bedroom. This was our third large family rental and by far the least adequate. We would not rent this facility again. Location and beach was the big plus. ##### RoseMarie M. The house had plenty of room for us (9 adults and 4 children), including congregating areas and places to spread out. The pool was a fantastic break from the heat of the beach. We appreciated the quick walk down the boardwalk to the beach. Even during the height of summer the beach was still uncrowded and peaceful! ##### Blair B.
