Your Luxury Beach Home Rental in Windmark Beach. This new construction luxury designed home has everything you need for an Amazing beach vacation. Located within walking distance or short golf cart ride to the BEACH. The Windmark Community offers a resort-style heated pool, 4 miles of nature trail for running, biking, and walking. There are numerous boardwalks to beach access throughout the community and a fitness center (fees apply) R & R Outfitters can deliver Kayaks, Paddle Boards, Inflatable Couches and Floats to the Beach. Ride the Golf Cart to Village Center Restaurants which include Bruno’s Pizza, The View on Old 98 and The Mill Mercantile. Additionally, the pristine Windmark Beach Community is located just 4 miles away from all the shops and restaurants in Downtown Port St. Joe, FL. This single family home offers coastal luxury with 4 spacious bedrooms. 2 bathrooms, fully stocked kitchen, laundry room, front and back porches, bar in garage. Flooring consists of LVP throughout, quartz countertops, stainless appliances, luxury linens and pillows. Smart TVs are in the living room, bedrooms and the garage bar. The luxury master suite offers a comfortable king bed, flat-screen Smart television and ceiling fan. The bathroom is ensuite complete with a soaking tub, walk-in shower, large walk-in closet, and private water room. Two additional bedrooms both have queen beds. We stay at PSJ/CSB annually and this was our first stay at this property. We loved it- the house was clean and very well stocked, and the golf cart was a win all around. Windmark has a great “town center” with a pool and mercantile shop, so we never had to get in our vehicles and drive anyway. There are some trails for beach access once you leave the neighborhood. I suggest hitting these trails versus going all the way into Windmark for your beach access. Windmark is very obstructed by the cape so the water isn’t clear or pretty. The trails that are directly to your right when you leave the neighborhood (turning left onto the main road to Windmark on the golf cart) take you into more “Gulf” water, so it’s clear and beautiful. Lots of fun things to do, and taking the cart was an added bonus! Lots of cute restaurants at the community center. It was about a 45-60 min drive to PCB where we took the teens to go karts and shopping. Other than that, there was no reason to leave! There were several beaches we could pull off and go to, and one where we rented jet skis and banana boat. Definitely worth the trip there!! I had issues with my VRBO app, and Amy, the owner, responded immediately to any question I had. She was great! She had the house stocked and ready to go better than I could ever imagined!
