This 3 bedroom 3.5 bath home is 200 steps away from a peaceful stretch of Indian Pass beach. There are 3 levels; the 1st floor with 2 bedrooms, the 2nd floor with your open living space and the 3rd floor with a private master retreat. It doesn't have to be too private though if you're bringing little ones along because there is a separate sleeping area that can be closed off from the main one. All 3 levels are complete with gulf front decks and beautiful gulf views. Floor Plan: 1st Floor: One bedroom with queen bunk beds, TV, Blu-ray, large closet and full bath with, shower/tub combo; laundry closet and a 2nd bedroom the faces the gulf with king bed, TV, full bath with shower only and a gulf front deck with an enclosed outdoor shower and beach/pool access. 2nd Floor: Kitchen with granite counters, stainless appliances including a stand-alone ice maker and double oven, a large island with bar seating; half bath, dining area and gulf front living room with TV, and gulf front deck with dining table. 3rd Floor: Master bedroom with king bed, large flat screen TV, a separate space that can be closed off that has a day bed with trundle and a desk; gulf front deck, spacious walk-in closet, large master bath with double vanities and walk-in shower. This Property Is Not Pet Friendly You must be 25 years or older to reserve. No events are allowed. We LOVE Snowbirds! Snowbird Season runs November thru March on a monthly basis. Please call our office for the winter rates. Reservations Canceled/Reservations Changed: A minimum fee of $150.00 or 10% (whichever is greater) will be charged on the reservation total of a canceled reservation only if the property re-rents for the same time period and at the same rate. Changes in a reservation, whether to the same property under different dates or changing properties altogether will be treated as a canceled reservation.
