DETAILS: Nestled along the picturesque Forgotten Coast, Eventide is a magnificent 2,182-square-foot Bayfront home that sleeps 8 on South Cape San Blas. Boasting 3 comfortable bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, this pet-friendly retreat offers families a cozy and adventurous getaway.   
  
A stilted 2-story façade welcomes guests to this waterfront property, where the lengthy private dock stretches out to the water from a beautiful firepit area in front of this home. Modern elegance meets outdoor living at its finest inside this coastal retreat. Sleek tile floors lead to a sliding barn door that opens to reveal a quaint living area with a mid-century modern aesthetic. Unwind on the brown leather sofa with a chaise lounge to enjoy a cinematic experience on the 70†SmartTV with a sound bar, or sink into the cozy chair with a matching footrest to catch up on a good book. A shower room with a sink and the nearby laundry room add convenience. Off the patio is a screened-in outdoor kitchen boasting a built-in, 5-burner propane grill with a hood vent, alfresco dining table for 6, and a 28†TV mounted overhead.  
  
Upstairs, an additional living area that nearly doubles as a sunroom boasts modern chairs and a chic leather sofa—perfect for relaxing and reconnecting with friends. Very clean and well stocked house. All the cooking supplies you would want, 360 blue care packages in all restrooms and kitchen. Great location and awesome pier. Will definitely book again.
