On the second level, a guest bedroom with a king bed, private bathroom, and access to a spacious balcony welcomes rest. A second guest bedroom is beautifully appointed with a queen bed and Gulf views. Kids will appreciate sleepover-style nights in the bunk room with 1 full-over-full bunk bed and 1 twin-over-twin bunk bed.

The third floor hosts the home’s sprawling great room. The kitchen boasts premium appliances, including a wine chiller and 2 wall-mounted ovens, alongside a vast island that doubles as a 3-stool breakfast bar. By the windows, a stately wooden table for 6 hosts lively dinner parties with a water view. Relax in the inviting living space with 2 soft couches, an armchair, and a TV. Outside, a covered balcony features a patio table seating 6 and a 2-person bar table facing the Gulf—perfect for taking in the sunset. *We are happy to welcome up to 2 dogs, not to exceed the weight limit of 25lbs, for an additional non-refundable pet fee of $250, plus tax.

*This home is located in the Seagrass gated community. There are rules which prohibit trailers/boats from being in plain sight within the community. All boats/trailers must be kept in the garage or parked elsewhere. Garage doors are standard size and only a small boat will be able to fit past the doors. RV’s are not allowed in this neighborhood.

*Your reservation includes $250 worth of beach gear. That’s right! Rent a beach wagon, beach chairs, umbrellas, paddle boards, and more for your stay. Your $250 credit will go a long way

*Weddings are not allowed at this home. If this policy is violated, you may be asked to vacate the property, forfeit any rental payments, and be subject to HOA, community, and management fines.
