Gulf View Home on Cape San Blas $250 VayK beach gear credit towards any reservation lasting 3 - 14 nights! Get ready for your own Adventures in Paradise in this updated 4 bedroom, 4 bath home with gulf views, private pool and cargo lift! Use the cargo lift to unload luggage and groceries. Then grab some beach chairs, umbrellas and toys from the storage room and head less than 300 ft. to the legendary white sand of Cape San Blas beach. Or play in the private pool. Later, you can rinse off in the enclosed hot/cold outdoor shower. On the first level of the home you’ll find the open kitchen and great room, along with views of the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. The deck outside the living area contains gates for the dogs or kids, a porch swing, and table/chairs for 4\. There are steps to a fenced area ideal for dogs. The well-stocked kitchen was renovated in 2020\. It has stainless appliances and all the dishes, cookware and gadgets you could need. The counter seats four, while the dining table seats six. Besides comfortable leather seating in the living area, you’ll find books, games, cards, DVDs and a flat-screen TV with DVD player. Also on the first level is a queen bedroom with access to a deck facing the pool and St. Joe’s Bay. This bedroom has a flat-screen TV and connects to a full bathroom that also can be entered from the main living area. A separate laundry room with full-size washer and dryer is conveniently located on the first level. On the second level of Adventures in Paradise, you’ll find bedrooms #2 and #3\. Bedroom #2 is the master with a king bed, sitting area, large flat-screen TV and access to an upper deck with seating and fantastic gulf views. The sunset is especially dazzling from here. The updated master bath has double sinks and tile shower. Bedroom #3 has a queen bed, flat-screen TV with DVD player and large private bathroom and closet. On the 3rd level of the home is the 4th bedroom – a private loft area with a twin over full bunkbed with trundle (sleeps 4). It’s perfect for kids. There’s a walk-in closet and full bath in the loft, plus a large flat screen TV with DVD. The loft is the only room on the 3rd level. It does not have a door. You can stay connected with free WIFI and long distance. There’s covered parking for at least two cars. A gas grill, charcoal grill and picnic table are on hand. A cargo lift for groceries and luggage! If you run out of anything – or don’t feel like cooking – there are small stores less than half a mile in each direction. North is the Cape Trading Post and south is Scallop Cove convenience store. The parking worked out great... if you have 10 or more people staying in a house you normally need more than 2 spaces for vehicles!! We had 6 vehicles, and we parked with no problems!! The walk to the beach was not bad, even us old folks had no problem getting there! There is a cargo lift that will take all your luggage and groceries up to the 2nd floor where the kitchen is. That was great!! The check in process was ok. You had to stop at the realtor place that was on the way to the house, not out of the way at all. However, if you checked in after-hours the packet was in a drop box. It would feel safer if there was a code to unlock the box. Kitchen very well appointed. 9 adults. 3 married couples used the bedrooms. Each bedroom has a bathroom. The bedroom on the main floor off the kitchen has a door to the bathroom but this bathroom would be shared by all because it’s off the kitchen. The other 3 adults shared the top loft floor. There is a bathroom up there also. There are a lot of stairs in this house. The cargo lift was very helpful while unpacking. The back porch is nice if you have pets. The only thing I would caution is a small dog can escape through the bars and the steps leading down to the sandy fenced area have a pretty sizable gap that a curious smaller dog can get through. Fully stocked with beach gear, kitchen essentials, and games. This was perfect for three families with little ones all under 5\. It is a little bit of walk to the community beach access but nothing we hadn’t experienced at the cape before. The pool is great addition to have as well. The cargo lift was a life saver on move in day. The only thing we would advise is that there are no bath tubs for anyones with infants but they do have pull down shower heads. The kitchen was fantastic and modern with almost every appliance, pot/pan, knives, and dinnerware you could desire. They could use about a half-dozen more kitchen towels, but everything else was perfect. Bedrooms were nice, each with ensuite bath. Beds were comfortable. The view from the master suite was spectacular! It was only a short walk to a fantastic beach. Plenty of beach toys, bikes, kites, sand toys, flip-flops and water shoes were available. Books, games, and puzzles were available throughout the property, as were TVs. Cell service in the area was matginal to adequate. WiFi was pretty good most of the time we were there. I would highly recommend this property! We eill be back! ##### Paul P. The house was roomy and wonderful. Beds weren’t the most comfortable but they were sufficient. The property manager and his staff were fantastic. When we called with a question it was answered and when we had a small issue, it was handled very quickly! Highly recommend you use them! ##### Susan H.
