No hot tub, spa tub and far from on the water. Host was great to answer questions but referred to VRBO in fault of description. Rules, one was NO GLASS bottles outside. Scanning the yard, I found broken glass all near the fire pit. Brought this to attention to Host as well. Was not even offered a discount of any sort. My favorites were the shower, I didn’t want to get out and the king size bed, so soft..also didn’t want to get out!! Everything you would need for your stay is in this house. I would definitely rent this house again. Sands Beach is a 7 min drive from this house, with the most beautiful sunset! It was well equipped with everything we needed and we were very impressed that they even had a first aid kit and children’s medicine and Band-Aids. My favorite was the coffee bar and comfy beds. We were in town for Marine graduation and honestly there is no property that could be closer to Parris Island. The location was SO convenient to Parris Island! We have zero complaints from our stay. We were able to have a nice bonfire one night, the beds were extremely comfortable, and everything we needed was provided. The nespresso machine was the perfect surprise as I was missing my own nespresso machine from home! Would highly recommend and will stay here again if we are ever in the area again. The only thing we noticed was the hot water in the shower was never warmer than lukewarm.
