This home is located near a Hooters that's on the water with a beautiful view with great food & Florida's beautiful sunsets. There's also Downtown New Port Richey on Main St. that also has a big park for children & Beaches close to as ten minutes away!

Place was clean. Inexpensive improvements could make it far better. A larger water heater is needed, as generally couldn't get through one full shower without running out. Bedside tables should be added. I had to put my CPAP machine on my suitcase. A curtain in the living room would help better block the neighboring outside light. Racks or hooks in the bathroom for towels are needed. Provide washcloths, and have a rack or racks in the shower for washcloths. Inexpensive racks held by suction cups would work great in the shower. Non plastic glasses, dishes and plates would be a great improvement. Some floor lamps or bedside lamps would improve. Adding a work desk or table would be an improvement. Bathroom needs a toilet paper rack or stand.
