This unique property features a large heated inground pool overlooking the canal that has direct gulf access, fire pit area, propane grill, gaming garage, two private docks and boat ramp, 4 sit on kayaks, 7 bikes, lifesize connect 4, cornhole, as well as a parking pad for your boat trailer. The fun coastal vibe extends on into each bedroom, each of which has hotel quality bedding, USB bedside lamps, Roku smart TVs, and ceiling fans. The 3rd bedroom and lanai are conveniently cooled by a separate mini-split system with remote controlled thermostat for enhanced comfort. The enclosed lanai is the perfect spot to lounge, catch a game and munch on some snacks while still enjoying the water views and the sun! We are delighted to allow your fur babies to accompany you during your stay (Note: up to 2 dofs allowed, no cats due to family allergies). Please include them in your booking, as there is a $100 pet fee required. We are kid & family friendly and include items such as a pack n play with mattress and sheets, baby monitor system, high chair, magnetic building blocks, card games, pool basketball hoop, floats, goggles, dive toys, bikes, kids scooter, sippy cups, toddler utensils/plates, baby pool float & 2 puddle jumpers (children 33- 55 lbs). The canal reaches a depth of 3-3.5ft during low-tide, so boats with larger drafts may need to be trailered during low-tide. Nicely decorated and well equipped. We loved it. Adjacent to property a canal with docks & ramp for fishing. It’s a short distance to the Gulf. The location was great for SUP, beach, shopping, sightseeing ,restaurants. From this home, we went to stand up paddle boarding in Crystal River, Anclote River. I don't often write reviews, but I had to share my experience with this charming home. What a treat it was to stay here! Every room was impeccably clean and beautifully decorated. The large pool and cozy house were so inviting that I barely wanted to leave and explore Port Richey—I enjoyed it too much at the house! The amenities were incredible: a private boat ramp, kayaks, bikes, a ping pong table, and even a dart board. The host thoughtfully provided a high chair, a pack 'n play, toys, and sippy cups for families with little ones. Diana, the host, was incredibly sweet and made me feel like I could truly make her home my own. I'm so grateful for her hospitality and can't recommend this place enough! ##### Tawny P. Whiskey Joes is one of our favorites places in the area they were good too! Now back to the house anything you could need was there. The croutons are amazing intact I am getting a few. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that Diana, our host, was truly amazing. Her thoughtfulness was in all the little touches she included in our vacation rental. We spent most of our days in the sun at the beach. I was thrilled to discover a mesh beach bag, beach towels, a speaker, umbrella, beach mat, a first aid kit, and so many other items waiting for us at the house. This vacation rental had everything we could possibly need and more. The kitchen was stocked with coffee and other goodies. With multiple dining areas, we could choose to eat inside,on the lanai, outside by the pool, or on the front porch, each offering a unique relaxing atmosphere. The decor was simply stunning, great Fun Florida vibes!!! An oversized washing machine and a dishwasher made our stay even more convenient, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. There were so many activities to enjoy without ever leaving the house. I’m sad we didn’t have the opportunity to kayak, however, my mother and I did bike around the neighborhood. The area was so peaceful. We ended our days with a dip in the pool, both amazing and refreshing!!! We truly felt at home and were sad to leave. Without a doubt, we will most definitely be back again.
