Wonderful Hotel!!

Excellent customer service!!! The staff were professional and extremely respectful. I would definitely recommend this location for future visits. The house staff cleaned and sanitized daily. This was the most relaxing 1.5 week stay in a hotel.

I like the location, easy access to other fun spot like bars , night clubs, supermarkets etc Also i like the food, very nicely presented and delicious meals served . What i dont like is the staffs seem alot unproffessional, they dont provide u fresh and clean towels until you ask and when they do its very old and uncleaned towels, beddings are not changed as at when due. Most of the staffs feel entitied to be tipped, they eye gaze you all through sometimes makes u feel very uncomfortable and intimidated .

Staying at Limewood was good but things could be improved. Firstly, all those doing a booking should know that the complimentary breakfast is only for one if you are a couple and it cannot be served outside the restaurant for fear of fair usage of the limited items breakfast makeshift buffet style service. We were not informed of the terms and conditions of this breakfast service until a lot of errors were made and mood of staying another 8 nights turned sour. Secondly, the gym is in tatters as well as the swimming pool and the television station doesn’t even have YouTube. Lastly, the kitchen staffs can spoil your day, better to avoid them. The security is good and the hotel is well situated for easy access to the rest of the city depending on where you have your friends. The cleaning staffs and others are very friendly and helpful. We still did have a family like stay where many staffs were worm and welcoming. The price is good as well.

My stay started on a frustrating note when I was moved to a newly opened wing of the hotel without prior notice, and unfortunately, the staff at the new wing had not been informed of the transfer. Since my reservation was still tied to the original building, the check-in process became unnecessarily confusing and time-consuming. That said, the staff remained warm, courteous, and genuinely apologetic throughout the ordeal. Once the communication issues were resolved, everything was sorted out professionally, and the rest of my stay was comfortable. With better coordination between the different wings, the overall guest experience would be much improved.
