The open-plan living area forms the heart of the home, where comfortable seating invites you to unwind after a day exploring the coastline. A wall-mounted Smart TV and reliable Wi-Fi make it easy to stream your favourite shows using your own accounts. The kitchen is fully equipped for easy holiday cooking. Modern appliances, generous bench space, and a Nespresso coffee machine make mornings simple — whether you\`re preparing breakfast before a coastal walk or enjoying a slow coffee while watching the waves roll in. The nearby dining area offers a welcoming place to gather for shared meals, afternoon snacks, or planning the next day’s adventures. Upstairs, the bedrooms offer calm and comfortable retreats. The primary bedroom features a queen bed and opens onto a private balcony overlooking Knights Beach — an ideal place to sit with a glass of wine as the sun sets over the coastline and surfers drift across the waves below. The second bedroom also includes a queen bed, offering a peaceful space for friends, couples, or family members travelling together. The bathroom includes a large walk-in shower, vanity, and toilet, while an additional toilet downstairs adds extra convenience during your stay. A separate laundry with a washer and dryer is available, making longer coastal stays easy and practical. Outside, a small rear courtyard provides a sheltered setting for relaxed BBQ dinners and alfresco dining after long beach days. Checkout: 10:00 am No smoking No parties or events Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you. $200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property. CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this. LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith. LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. I was overcharged and then charged double and had to wait over a week for money to go back to my bank account. Property managers seemed perplexed as to why I was upset about this.
