This cozy home sleeps up to 6-8 people in 3 bedrooms (2 x queen beds, 1 bunk, 1 sofa bed). Open plan living area with TV/DVD, R/C air conditioner, ceiling fan. Fully self contained kitchen with microwave. Laundry is equipped with washing machine, plus separate 2nd toilet off the laundry. One bathroom consisting of bath, separate shower and vanity. There is a slow combustion fire heater available (guests to supply own wood). Enclosed back yard. Barbecue, lawn area, single carport. Please note this property has a rustic and vintage charm, with some areas showing signs of age. If you are seeking a modern property, this may not meet your expectations. Perfect for the family! A great location, close to victor Harbor and even closer to Pt Elliot. Beds were super comfy & my son who is nearly 5 thought the bunk bed was the best! My Mini dachshunds loved smelling all the new smells in the back yard and it was safe and secure for them. Even had a pooper scooper to make it easier to clean up after them. Thanks for that. The house is spacious for 4 adults to start with. Location is close to restaurants and beach.Nine minutes drive to victor harbour , 7 minutes drive to middleton and 12 minutes drive to Goolwa. Neighbourhood is quiet , 15 minutes walk to boomerang beach. The home was really well-priced, not as much traffic noise as we first thought, set well-back from the main road, we will definitely stay here again.
