The pool, pool toys and disco lights were a big hit for the kids! The place was fully stocked with linen, extra pool towels and kitchen supplies, it had everything we needed to have a nice relaxing family getaway. The gardens are stunning and provided a great place to play hide and seek for the children. The house has EVERYTHING you could want - pool, outside speakers, a massive choice of outdoor seating, breakout room for the kids, multiple beds, laundry. The little extra supplies of coffee, tea, washing powder is a simple thing but massively improves a stay. And the kitchen was absolutely the most well-stocked I've ever seen. The property was in pristine condition when we arrived with plenty of little inclusions to make us feel at home! Clare even purchased a port a cot for the baby we had travelling with us! There was 9 in our group and there was still plenty of room for us either inside or out the back in the entertaining area! The house is about 5-8 min drive from Port Douglas centre but that did not bother us as we had our own transport! I highly recommend this property and if we are ever lucky enough to travel to Port Douglas again we will be checking this property for availability!
