Centrally located to go to beaches on Manasota Key or dining out in Port Charlotte-Punta Gorda. Very comfortable beds, slept as well as I do at home! They were very receptive and quick to communicate. They even mailed back a sweatshirt that I forgot. We did have some issues with the house. Several things that should be standard were missing such as measuring spoons, measuring cups, both liquid and dry, no wine glasses, no saucepans. We purchased all if these items, except pans to leave for the next renters. The flooring needs to be replaced. Looks like cheap laminate that is buckling and coming up. The couch in the TV room is past its prime. The couch in the front room was broken and unable to use the pull out. The back porch was very nice and the mattresses were great. I think the owner needs to make an effort to update the house. ##### Duane W.
