Villa Casa Tia II is located in Mihatovići, near Poreč. This modern 3 bedroom villa is decorated with a contemporary interior that will provide you with a high level of privacy and comfort. The villa is 132 m² and consists of a ground floor and an upper floor. On the ground floor there is an open plan living room, dining room and kitchen. The glazed wall creates the impression of a connection with the outside space and also ensures the entry of an abundance of natural light. The flow and layout of the space makes it ideal for gatherings and parties, and the indoor fireplace provides a pleasant and warm atmosphere. All rooms are air conditioned, with underfloor heating for colder days.



There are 3 bedrooms on the 1st floor. There are 2 bathrooms on the 1st floor and 1 bathroom on the ground floor. The bathrooms are equipped with toiletries, hairdryer and bathrobes.



The courtyard of the villa is reserved for relaxation and entertainment. There is a 21 m² swimming pool with deck chairs where you can enjoy the sun. On the outdoor terrace you will find an outdoor dining table where you can serve specialties prepared on the grill. It's less than a 10 minute drive to the first beach, and once you're on the coast, be sure to visit the town of Poreč.
