Jul 26, 2025 Liked: Location Disliked: Check-in, communication Le logement était bien situé, plus ou moins propre et agréable, la piscine top. Cependant notre arrivée était catastrophique, on sonnait personne ne répondait, on a finalement décidé d’appeler mais les gérants étaient perdus ils ne comprenaient pas ce qu’on disait. La gérante nous a amenée à l’appartement et a commencé à nous interdire de mettre la ventilation les fenêtres ouvertes, de se garer en laissant trop d’espace entre les voitures, etc. Ensuite rien pour nous accueillir, pas de fruits qu’ils cultivent, pas d’eau dans le frigo, rien. C’était la première fois que ça nous arrivait. Elle demande nos cartes d’identité et ne nous les rend pas, on a dû renvoyer un message. Nous demande la caution puis s’en va sans un mot. Le wifi indiqué ne marchait pas, on a envoyé un message pour le recevoir, ils n’ont jamais repondu. Il y avait des poils sur la lunette des toilettes et dans la douche. Le strict minimum dans la cuisine, un seul rouleau de papier toilettes, aucun échantillon de gel douche. On a demandé l’avant dernier jour pour partir à 12h au lieu de 10h par appel téléphonique. Ils nous disent qu’on peut partir à 15h, j’ai répété trois fois au téléphone pour être bien sûre ! Le lendemain la propriétaire vient toquer 5 fois à la porte à 9h50, donc même pas 10h, pour qu’on parte. Je lui rappelle la conversation qu’on a eue avec son mari dont elle entendait tout vu qu’elle répondait aussi, elle rigole et elle dit non non non non vous partez. Das Appartement war sehr sauber und hatte wie beschrieben 2 Schlafzimmer und ein Wohnzimmer sowie eine Küche und Esszimmer. Im Aussenbereich gab es einen großen Pool mit sehr vielen Liegen und Sonnenschirmen sowie zwei große Sitzlounges. Parkplätze sind vor dem Appartement vorhanden. Große Einkaufläden sind etwa 4min mit dem Auto erreichbar sowie mehrere Bäckereien. Jeder der einen entspannten Urlaub in Kroatien Porec machen möchte dem kann ich nur dieses Appartement von Herzen empfehlen. ##### Jannis M. Wohnung war mit kl. Balkon mit Blick in den Garten und Südwest Lage. Kühlschrank sehr klein soll aber lt. Vermieter zur nächsten Saison ersetzt werden. Pool und Garten super. Der Pool hat eine gute Größe und ist vorn etwas flacher und wird nach hinten tiefer. Das Haupthaus umfasst 5 Fewo. Ich finde das wichtig zu wissen, steht leider nicht in der Anzeige. Die Fewo selbst hat ca. 50 m3 und 2 SZ. Die Küche ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Nur der Kühlschrank ist viel zu klein. Die Fewo ist für 4-5 Pers. ausgelegt. Die Besitzer sind extrem nett und sehr sympathisch. In der Dusche fehlte eine Schiebetüre und der Wasserhahn in der Spüle war nicht richtig fixiert, ansonsten gibt es aber nichts auszusetzen. Das Ambiente und der Aussenbereich mit Pool ist wunderschön. Die Vermieter sind sehr Gastfreundlich und Hunde sind willkommen. Leider liegt das Haus sehr weit ausserhalb, so dass man zu Fuß nirgends hin kann. Reisetipps: Auf jeden Fall Wasserschuhe einpacken!
