Available for exclusive use are: sun lounger, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace, and garden furniture. **Your holiday house** **Your holiday house** consists of 3 floors, 4 rooms (from which 3 bedrooms), is 100 sqm and can accommodate up to 7 persons. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. The entrance leads over an external stair directly in the living room. The rooms are divided as follows: **1st floor**: Living room 15 sqm and with lounge and TV. You have access to the covered balcony with garden furniture. Kitchen in the eat-in kitchen 12 sqm and with dinette, dishwasher, gas stove (2 burners), electric cooker (2 plates), exhaust hood, refrigerator (freezer), microwave, coffee machine, toaster, electric water boiler and washing machine. The dinette offers space for 7 persons. You have access to the balcony.
