It has been completely renovated in a modern style, with particular attention being paid to preserving the existing architecture and a harmonious appearance. The house is spacious and comfortable and includes everything to make your relaxing stay a success. A big advantage of Villa Porec Katun is that it has a very good connection to the motorway (approx. 2 km to the entrance/exit) and yet nature and peace are guaranteed here. Refresh yourself at the private pool or prepare delicious delicacies on the grill. The proximity to the city of Porec offers you the opportunity to see many historical and cultural sights. Enjoy the wealth of events this city offers. You can also visit the surrounding towns, such as romantic Rovinj, or take a trip to picturesque Venice, for example by taking the ferry from Porec. On the ground floor is the large living/dining area and a comfortable sofa bed for 2 people. There is also a bathroom with toilet and shower on the ground floor. On the 1st floor there are the two bedrooms, each with a double bed and also a bathroom with toilet and shower. The parking space is directly in front of the villa on the lockable property, and there is also a small shed for safely storing your bicycles. WiFi is available in the villa, as are 3 TVs in the house (living/dining area, bedroom 1, bedroom 2) In the cozy outdoor area there is a private pool with evening lighting that invites you to relax. Porec, the most famous and popular holiday resort in Istria, is located in the middle of the west coast. Porec is a city with rich cultural heritage. Beach lovers will also get their money's worth in Porec, there are numerous free beaches. The villa is about 10 minutes by car from Porec (12 km). The journey to Porec is also very easy to do by bike, the road is in very good condition and the speed limit makes it very pleasant to drive on. A leisurely walk through the wonderful nature, past meadows and forests to Baderna on a traffic-free hiking trail, is also recommended, directly from the accommodation (approx. 1.5 km). Besonders der Pool war ein echtes Highlight – ideal zum Entspannen und für die Kinder zum Spielen .Die Lage ist perfekt: ruhig, aber trotzdem nah an Restaurants und der Stadt Poreč. Es liegt sehr ruhig, in der Nähe von der Schnellstraße die man aber nicht hört. Man ist schnell am Meer und in den nächst größeren Städten (Porec, Novigrad). Ein großer Poldine Markt liegt nur 5 min entfernt. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr freundlich, Fragen wurden schnell beantwortet. Vor Ort wurden wir von Dean betreut der immer sehr nett und hilfsbereit war. Wir können das Haus guten Gewissens zu 100 % weiterempfehlen. ##### Viktoria B.
