Not so long ago, it was a small village on the edgeof a fertile valley with only a few stone houses. Today it is a quiet residential area with attractivefamily homes that blend into the natural surroundings, away from the city and traffic noise. There is a small supermarket in our village where one can buy fresh groceries on a daily basisand a restaurant which is well known for its specialties. For tennis lovers there are tennis courts,near by, which can be used.We are only 3 km away from the center of Poreč and 2km away from shopping centers. The beaches are 2-4 km away, while the newly built Aquapark with attractive water slides and asports center with summer water skiing and other attractive water sports is only 6 km away. The spacious property surounding our house, 2000m2, was carefully shaped by our gardner,who took care to preserve the hundred year old mediterrenean oak woods while neatly fitting in apark with a pool.Our pool with pool chairs and a shower can be used by our guests all day long. Wir waren leider nur 9 Nächte zu Gast gewesen. Drei Erwachsene, ein Baby und ein Hund, uns hat es an gar nichts gefehlt. Für das Kind wurde liebevoll ein Babybett mit allem drum und dran und ein Hochstuhl bereitgestellt. Der Pool war Kindersicher und ausreichend groß, auch um seine Runden zu schwimmen. Wenn man nicht die ganze Zeit in der Sonne liegen wollte, gab es auch genügend Schattenplätze. Im Lavendel-Bungalow war eine gute Klimaanlage, die alle Räumlichkeiten guten runterkühlen konnte und Nachts konnten wir mit geöffneten Fenstern (dank der, überall angebrachten, Mückengaze) mit dem Zirpen der Grillen einschlafen. Für das schnelle Auspowern des Hundes gibt es direkt am Grundstück eine große Wiesenfläche. Die umliegenden Hundestrände sind 10 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt, genauso wie die Stadt Porec und sehr gute Einkaufsgelegenheiten. Die Gastgeber waren außerordentlich freundlich, lieb und hilfsbereit! Danke an Aleta die auf wirklich jede Bitte von uns eingegangen ist und uns sehr gute Tips gab. Jun 12, 2015 #### Erholsamer Familienurlaub Wir verbrachten einen sehr erholsamen Familienurlaub in einem der Bungalows. Mit unseren zwei Söhnen (7+14) war es auch kein Problem, sie hatten viel Spaß am Pool, konnten Ball spielen oder fast überall herum rennen. Toll war auch der Kontakt zu den anderen Gästen. Die ganze Anlage mit Bungalow ist sehr sauber und wird täglich gepflegt. Die Grillecke ist sehr gemütlich und einladend. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Bungalow ist modern und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Alles ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Besonders schön ist die uneinsehbare Terrasse , wenn man mal allein sein möchte. Der Pool ist sauber. Der Garten sehr schön angelegt. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Von Kukci ist man in 5-10 Min. in Porec Stadt. Dort kann man schön spazieren gehen. Jul 3, 2013 #### Heerlijke vakantie Vorige week teruggekeerd van een heerlijke vakantie in een mooi appartement. Alles wat op de site beschreven stond was aanwezig , waarbij uiteraard het heerlijke zwembad , uiteraard fijn om bij deze temperatuur daarin te vertoeven. Vriendelijke en behulpzame familie waar niets te veel is. Mooie omgeving , leuk dorp met een kleine supermarkt ( lekkere verse broodjes) en een restaurant. Zee dichtbij en uiteraard het mooie Porec. Mooie ,duidelijk aangegeven fietsroute's , waar je op vele plaatsen rustig kan fietsen in een mooie omgeving. Wij gaan zeker terug. Veel dank !! Jan en Tineke ##### Jan v. Archival ### 10/10 Excellent Jun 28, 2013 #### Wohlfühlparadies!!! Urlaub wie er sein soll!!! Sehr gepflegter Bungalow (Lavendel) und Anlage. Die schönen Bilder und Videos im Internet stimmen absolut mit unserem Feriendomizil überein. Im Gegenteil, es war noch schöner! Internetanschluss über WLAN, Sat-TV, eine schöne Küche mit allen notwendigen Geräten und Geschirr sind vorhanden. Auch für einen sicheren privaten Abstellplatz für KFZ / Motorräder usw. ist gesorgt. Wir hielten uns die meiste Zeit am sehr schönen Pool oder unserer nicht einsehbaren eigenen Terrasse auf. Toll!!! Auch der überdachte Grillplatz lädt untertags oder abends zum Essen oder einfach zum hinsitzen mit herrlichem Blick zum Pool und Gartenanlage ein. Abends fuhren wir in die nahegelegenen Orte Porec, Novigrad, Rovinj, Limfijord (Karl May) usw, die in kürzester Zeit zu erreichen waren. Das Meer ist ein Traum, ebenso die Natur, Land und Leute. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man hat sofort familiären Anschluss (wenn man möchte) und fühlt sich einfach wohl. Wer günstig und sehr gut essen gehen möchte, findet in ca. 5 Gehminuten im Ort Kukci ein hervorragendes Restaurant. Wir sind einfach nur begeistert und werden natürlich wieder gerne unseren nächsten Urlaub im Haus Lavendel planen. Ich kann einen Urlaub in dieser schönen Anlage nur weiterempfehlen. Insgesamt war alles in der Wohnung und der übrigen Anlage (Garten, Pool) in sehr sauberem und gepflegten Zustand. Schön war besonders die ruhige Atmosphäre am Pool. Empfehlenswert sind die Wellnessmassagen. Die Gastfamilie ist super freundlich und hilft gern bei Fragen aller Art. Gerne noch einmal. ##### Frank W. Archival ### 10/10 Excellent #### Elisabeth M. Sep 5, 2012 #### Gerne wieder!!! Wir waren das erste Mal in diesem Feriendomizil und haben mit unseren Kindern (14 u. 17 J.) zwei herrliche Wochen verbracht. Die Gastgeber sind supernett und sehr hilfsbereit. Unser Bungalow (Lavendel) war einfach klasse - besonders die kleine abgetrennte Terasse hatte es uns angetan. Insgesamt war die ganze Anlage (Pool, Garten etc.) sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die angebotenen Wellness-Massagen waren überragend. Wir können diese Anlage nur weiterempfehlen und werden bei unserem nächsten Kroatien-Urlaub mit Sicherheit wieder hierherkommen. Vielen Dank Aleta mit Familie ##### Elisabeth M. Archival ### 10/10 Excellent #### Franz G. Jul 22, 2012 #### Wir haben uns Super wohlgefühlt! Einfach eine tolle und familiäre gepflegte kleine Anlage. Netter Kontakt zu den Vermietern, die immer für jede Frage da waren. Die Wohnung hat die perfekte Lage um viel zu unternehmen, wenige Minuten zum tollen Strand (Zelena Laguna) und trotzdem sehr ruhig und idyllisch gelegen. Aug 25, 2011 #### Ein wunderschöne Woche Wir waren das erste Mal überhaupt in Kroatien und haben hier eine wunderschöne Woche bei sehr sehr netten Gastgebern verbracht. Unser Bungalow sehr schön und der Pool, der dazu gehört, fantastisch! Bislang verbrachten wir die Urlaube auf Mallorca, in der Türkei, in Tunesien... doch nun haben wir unseren absoluten Favoriten gefunden. Auch mein Sohn, 17 Jahre alt, hat sich hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war rundum einfach alles ganz toll! Der nächste Urlaub im September/Oktober wird schon geplant :-)) Vielen Dank Aleta ##### Claudia S. Archival ### 8/10 Good May 18, 2011 #### geluid van ruigooruil en geur van acaciabloesem We hebben zojuist in de meivakantie een heerlijke week gehad met z'n vijven (2 kinderen van 14 en 11) in een van de appartementen. Het appartement was aan de kleine kant. Dat werd goed gemaakt door de mooie tuin met zwembad, waar we elke keer op een andere plaats konden gaan zitten. Om te eten, spelletjes te doen of te lezen. Het dorp Kukci is een mix van nieuw en oud. Op loopafstand een kleine supermarkt met heerlijk brood en vleeswaren. En een restaurant. (Dus niet voor pizza's en snacks.) We hebben daar twee keer genoten van lokale gerechten zoals viscarpaccio en stokvis. Voor een week genoeg bezienswaardigheden binnen een half uur rijden. Prachtige zee, schilderachtige dorpen op heuveltoppen en Toscaans landschap in een volstrekt ontspannen sfeer. Tijdens ons verblijf stonden veel bomen in bloei met bijbehorende heerlijke geur. In de avondschemering en in de nacht was de ruigooruil te horen. Een regelmatige roep om de 2 seconden. Ook zagen we een egel in de tuin. Al met al een perfect vakantieadres. Sep 19, 2010 #### Unser Urlaub im September 2010 sehr freundliche+hilfsbereite vermieter, gepflegte anlage wo man sich wohlfühlen kann. optimaler stützpunkt für ausflügé in und um istrien. saubere wohnung, können nur positives berichten - würden jederzeit wiederkommen! ##### susanne M.
