It has a second full bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a large living room with a sofa bed where 1 or 2 more people can sleep, a dining area and a large balcony. The condominium has an outdoor space with a children's playground.

The rooms are equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, Smart TV with several channels, Netflix and other applications, sheets, towels, and all the supplies for bathing and hygiene. We also provide beach towels for use in any bathing area of the island.
