Casa Azalea is a standalone ocean-front house nestled in the picturesque village of Mosteiros, on the west coast of São Miguel Island. With two floors, this home blends modern comfort and traditional Azorean charm — providing the perfect escape for guests seeking peace, sea breezes and natural beauty. Situated steps from the fishing port, natural lava pools, and a black-sand beach — and facing the Atlantic — the house offers spectacular ocean views and effortless access to the region’s most iconic spots. Inside you’ll find two cosy bedrooms: the master on the ground floor with a double bed, and a second on the upper floor with two single beds. Both bedrooms feature air conditioning for year-round comfort. The kitchen is fully equipped (stove, microwave, fridge, coffee machine, cookware), ready for you to prepare meals just like at home. Dining is a delight — indoors or out — thanks to the living/dining area and the balcony with table and chairs overlooking the sea. The house includes two full bathrooms with showers, towels, a hairdryer and basic toiletries — so you won’t need to pack extra. For your convenience, enjoy free Wi-Fi, cable TV, a washing machine, and private on-site parking — rare perks in Mosteiros. Whether you’re sipping wine on the balcony at sunset, exploring the nearby lava pools, or enjoying fresh local seafood, Casa Azalea offers a tranquil base where nature meets comfort — the ideal place for your Azores getaway. Casa Azalea is a peaceful home, ideal for guests seeking rest and close contact with nature. We kindly ask you to respect the environment and the neighbors by avoiding excessive noise, especially at night. Please note that the house includes steps and outdoor areas, and is not wheelchair accessible. A minimum stay of 5 nights is required. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, and we provide bed linens, towels, and basic toiletries for your comfort. The Wi-Fi connection is reliable and suitable for both remote work and leisure. Free private parking is available on-site. Mosteiros is a small and charming village with local restaurants and grocery stores nearby. We recommend bringing any specific items you may need during your stay, as options can be limited.
