First thing I will say is that the host(s) are top notch good people. We had all sorts of problems getting along our 6 hour journey there and the hosts were able to go above and beyond for all the accommodation we ended up needing. The property is beautiful and secluded(tucked up in to a "mountainside"). There were endless places for the kids to safely explore right on site including a dry creek bed, open grassy areas, wooded areas, etc. It rained quite a bit one day we were there and sitting out on either porch was very peaceful and enjoyable. Found a coffee pot but only a Keurig style coffee maker, 30 minute drive minimum to find food or groceries. ##### Michael H. It's very well maintained, house decor is circa the 90's and gives the nostalgic feeling of home. The surrounding area is GORGEOUS. The Buffalo River is an amazing float, and the cows across the street offer a peaceful pastoral view from the front porch. There is no cell phone service, but with the quite and wifi it is not missed. ##### Kelly L. Its locked off. No access to the dungeon. Its not mentioned at all in any description. The hand soap dispensers were full of WATER! EW! Save your money and stay in a tent. There wont be a FUNK so embedded in the walls you couldn't burn it out. This is a target audience stay. Must enjoy stank up close, appliances that scare wildlife, minimal ghetto multi-colored lights and the dirtiest water you have probably ever seen in the USA.
