"Flor de Poniente" is an incredibly spacious and comfortable terraced house in Polop, Spain, boasting a semi-detached design with two stories. With an array of amenities including a Swimming Pool, Yard, Internet Wifi, and Parking, this holiday rental offers a truly convenient and enjoyable stay.  
  
Outdoors  
Relax and unwind in the shared fenced property surrounded by a lush lawn. Take a refreshing dip in the seasonal swimming pool (5 x 10 m, depth 50 - 180 cm) available from January 1st to December 31st. Enjoy the convenience of an outdoor shower and ample parking on the premises.

Nearby, you'll find a supermarket just 1 km away, a restaurant at 3 km, and a bar also at 3 km's distance. The sandy Benidorm beach is a mere 11 km away, offering a perfect opportunity for a beach day. Walking paths are easily accessible, starting just 50 m from the house.

Unit Layout  
You will be staying in a spacious and bright 4-room granny flat with an area of 90 square meters, spread across two levels. The living/dining room measures 23 square meters and is equipped with a digital TV, air conditioning, and forced-air heating. It also provides access to the patio.  
  
The first level features a room of 8 square meters with a French bed (140 cm wide, 200 cm long), air conditioning, and forced-air heating. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, and Dolce Gusto coffee capsules.  
  
The upper floor comprises two rooms, both with their own bathrooms. The first room measures 7 square meters and has two beds (90 cm wide, 190 cm long), a shower/WC, air conditioning, and forced-air heating. It also has access to a balcony. The second room, measuring 8 square meters, features a French bed (140 cm wide, 190 cm long), a bath/WC, air conditioning, and forced-air heating, with access to another balcony.  
  
Amenities Included  
During your vacation, you will have access to various amenities, including air conditioning, a washing machine, dishwasher, private patio, heating system, microwave, and television. The property can accommodate a maximum of 6 adults and offers three bedrooms and three bathrooms.  
  
Other Information  
The property boasts stunning views of the mountains, swimming pool, garden, and countryside. Outdoor spaces include a terrace measuring 11 square meters, a 20 square meter patio, and another patio spanning 40 square meters, complete with terrace furniture.
