Very peaceful and comfortable. Enjoyed the ample breakfast that was provided. Only stools to sit on to eat. A table and chairs would have been good. The main drawback is this weird choice to have the wall separating bedroom and bathroom not going the whole way to the ceiling...not great for privacy. It was immaculately clean, very comfortable sofas and outdoor settings. Absolutely beautiful views from the deck and very quiet. We were there in winter and we were warm and toasty, loads of hot water. The log fire made it very special! And they were so thoughtful in the little things: they left coffee pods, teas and milk, bacon and eggs, toast and spreads, plenty of wood, extra blankets. We felt very well cared for and literally minutes from cellar doors and shops. Highly recommend!
