The added bonus of warm sunny weather meant we could use the pool and tennis court and spend most of the time in the outside seating area. I would say thought the outdoor area was uncleaned. The ground was dirty and so was the table and chairs. It didn’t spoil our time there, just thought the owners should be aware. Loved how it had 2 separate wings. One for the mums and one for the daughters. This meant we had our own space as well as the shared space in the middle. Only negatives was the WiFi wasn’t that great so Netflix wasn’t streaming that well. We had to hot spot from our phones. Also beds in room 2 and 5 were very uncomfortable. I had my 40th at Hunter Valley and we absolutely loved our stay in your property. It was very spacious, very clean and all our guest loved the tennis courts and the kangaroos every morning. Communication was fantastic too. I highly recommend this property!!. We did advise a couple of beds would benefit with being upgraded but that can easily be fixed! Thank you again ##### Venessa M.
