The hospitality, smiles and helpfulness of the staff were excellent, the restaurant/café on the 1st floor was easy to use and tasty, the view from the terrace on the 6th floor was very pleasant and beautiful, the restaurant was very nice, and the staff was very friendly and helpful, and the location of the hotel is very close to the main street. The hotel is in a great location. Our rooms had balconies and AC. The AC could have worked a little better. The food I did have was good. There was a language barrier with room service but they handled it! The staff at Mount View Pokhara made this trip special. They were very accommodating and helpful! The room was comfortable and clean. We really enjoyed the quieter neighborhood that was close to all the action of Lakeside Pokhara without the noise.
