I was trekking in Nepal and stayed here before and after my trek. This hotel is excellent. The stay is friendly, the manager Kamal is an amazing host and the rooms are clean and well maintained. Restaurant staff like Rhitika and Balen go above and beyond. The staff was excellent from the moment we arrived until we left. They were friendly, always eager to help, always smiling, and went the extra mile. The food at the restaurant was amazing - with views of the lake and the lakeside town. I was so pleasantly surprised by the attentiveness and friendliness of all the staff. It felt more like I was staying at a bed and breakfast and the feeling of being at home that that brings. A relaxing and peaceful place which is a 15 minute walk to Lakeside shopping and tourist attractions. The wonderful hotel staff made this hotel truly exceptional. Their warmth, courtesy, and kindness were outstanding. They sent a shuttle to the airport to pick me up, drove me to a neighboring yoga class, and even got a surprise cake to celebrate my birthday since I was alone. Gorgeous boutique building of property, with clean high quality rooms with great amenities. Its more breathtaking when you walk through beautiful garden, with amazing lake view infinity swimming pool and had amazing time in rooftop bar. Breakfast at morning was amazing delicious with lots of options to choose in. The staff of this resort are all great !! they all go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. Room were big with comfy bed and an OK rain shower (stream was so so and the water was not hot enough IMO). Rooftop pool was fantastic. Friendly staff, welcoming with a smile. We also enjoyed the personal travel advisor on site. Breakfast was OK. For dinner we preferred to go to one of the many restaurants Pokhara has to offer. SPA was fantastic, with one of the best deep tissue massages I ever had! WIFI was good, could have been better. There is a climb to do to get to the resort if you are on foot.
