Pointe of View Vineyard Tours and Activities

Check in staff was far from welcoming, told us nothing about the facility, amenities, or any other details. Plenty of parking. Not sure why the Waffles were dough on the inside no matter how long we cooked them over the usual time. Tried a few times- seemed like they were too watery!? Shower wouldn’t drain either.

Front desk staff are super friendly and willing to assist with anything. We checked in an hour early and were grateful to do so. However, upon check-in there was a huge stain on the bedskirt + crumbs in the bed. Upon talking to front staff housekeeping quickly attended the room and changed the bed skirt (this does make a person wonder if anything else gets missed when rooms are being cleaned). There is a bit of dust in the corners and nooks and crannies of the room. The AC worked well for temp control but was ridiculously loud - however this worked well for bedtime white noise for us. The room and hallway were super quiet which was so nice! Hot tub was clean and hot, pool was clean and maintained well (slightly cool but we didn’t mind much), and pool area was clean and quiet. Our room keys often didn’t work and needed to be reset by front desk staff. Close to the mall. Overall, a decent stay and the price was right!
