Occupancy & Use • The rental is for residential short-term use only. • No events, parties, or unauthorized guests are allowed without prior written consent. • Smoking is prohibited indoors and near the horse enclosures. 2\. Animal & Agricultural Disclosure • The property includes two horses housed on-site and may contain other farm-like features (fencing, gardens, outbuildings). • Guests are not permitted to feed, pet, or enter fenced areas containing animals without written permission. •Caution signs and fencing are present for safety and must not be tampered with. 3\. Assumption of Risk Guests acknowledge and accept all risks associated with rural property and the presence of animals, including but not limited to injury, illness, or death 4\. Liability Waiver Guest agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Renaissance Retreats LLC, its owners, and affiliates from any claims or damages arising from use of the property, including interaction with animals and use of outbuildings or grounds. 5\.
