The downstairs conveniently had washers and dryers and access to a small yard. It is within walking distance to the beach and boardwalk which is amazing!! Overall, we would absolutely love to rent this property again in the future. Best of all, it is located in a community where pets are welcome! Our dogs loved it!! Easily accommodated our family of 4, and a short 10-15 minute walk to the beach. Great for the Easter weekend as the boardwalk with games/rides opened up, so lots of family fun. Great Italian and seafood also nearby. Owner stocked the fridge before we arrived which was a pleasant bonus. Also within walking distance of NJ transit train.
