There are NO exceptions to this rule. Guests without other host reviews will be asked for names and formal ID for all guests. \-Only dogs allowed. By booking, you accept responsibility for any damage/extra cleaning your dog causes during the stay. No dogs left home alone unless crated. Please clean up after your pet. $100 pet fee is baked into your nightly rate if you choose to bring your pet \- Guests are responsible for adhering to garbage and recycling schedules during their stay. \- Applicable City Noise Ordinance is strictly enforced, and parties are NOT permitted. (Please no loud music/noise after 10 pm. It is a residential neighborhood.) \-Smoking is permitted ONLY outdoors. \-Hot Tub is only available Saturday-Thursday. Fridays it is serviced, cleaned and closed for the next arriving guests on Saturday. The property was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described—plenty of space for our entire family to relax and enjoy. The kitchen was well-stocked, the beds were comfortable, and the outdoor space was perfect for morning coffee and evening gatherings.The location was unbeatable—just a short walk to the beach and boardwalk. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the home that made our stay easy and enjoyable.The host was responsive, friendly, and made both check-in and check-out a breeze.
