She gave me some lame excuse that the house shouldn’t have been listed and rented then offered another place she had which she wanted more money for. I had communicated with the owner 8 days before check in where she let me know there were two beach passes included with the rental. She made this cancellation stating it shouldn’t have been rented yet a week later and the house is still listed on Vrbo. ##### Kimberly S. It’s also located close to the main attractions on the boardwalk but you do not get any of the noise or traffic from the boardwalk. The house is very clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed having our meals on the deck outside. Teresa is a great host. She took care of anything that we needed and responded quickly. Beautiful person to deal with. You cannot beat how close the walk is to getting on the beach. The bedrooms are small, but it's so hard to find 3 separate bedrooms with full size beds so that worked well for us!
