Walking distance to the Big Wood River for the best fly fishing in the area, as well as restaurants and boutiques in Sun Valley/Ketchum!
    Breathtaking panoramic views of Bald Mountain are enjoyed from this immaculate, newly remodeled and beautifully appointed 1,250 square foot, 2 bedroom/2.5 bath townhouse right in the heart of Ketchum in Sun Valley, Idaho.

    Just steps to the ski lifts at River Run Lodge, a scenic 48-mile bike path and the charming upscale town of Ketchum and a short drive to the fabulous golfing at Sun Valley Lodge, this is the perfect year-round vacation home. Every effort has been made to make this the most comfortable and well appointed vacation rental in Sun Valley. Bright and airy, the spacious rooms are perfect for relaxing with friends and family, while the two mountain view balconies invite hours watching skiers carve or paragliders land nearby. The sunsets behind Bald Mountain are truly spectacular. This condo is very quiet and with the soothing sounds of Trail Creek right outside, you are serenaded to sleep every night.     First floor bedroom with two extra long twin beds that can be converted to one king-size bed, large windows with views of Bald Mountain, and a High Quality TV. Newly remodeled bathroom with large glass shower.

    SECOND FLOOR

    Living room with fireplace, hardwood floors, sofa and three comfy chairs, new high quality large screen TV with Cox Contour, private balcony with panoramic Bald Mountain and Trail Creek views.

    Fully equipped recently remodeled kitchen with new appliances open to the living room and dining area. Kitchen appointed with lots of cooking items for the chef who loves making a cozy meal.

Had a wonderful stay for the FIS world championships. The place was set up with everything we needed, very comfortable, clean and with great access to both the river run base and town. Paula was proactive in contacting with check in instructions and overall had a super smooth stay. Would definitely recommend to others.

This condo is beautiful and the location can’t be beat. The communication with the owner was easy and she was very accommodating. Check in and out process very straightforward. Would absolutely stay here again.

Wonderful Property

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and laundry closet were well-stocked with everything that we needed and more for our stay. The property manager, Paula, was great to work with and responsive to any questions we had. The views of Bald Mountain are amazing from both balconies. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay at this welcoming condo. The home was very clean, well stocked, and with a hard to beat location. It's rare to find rentals nicely stocked, with well selected linens, and comfortable furniture. Communication with the property manager was superb.

Great property for two couples. Cozy bedrooms on the main floor, common area upstairs with full kitchen, dining and living area. Lovely view and decks from both floors. Short walk to the shuttle for service to the ski lodges. Would love to return again!

Wonderful stay!

Paula was a wonderful host! We had the easiest checkin and checkout - all the directions given were clear and she made herself available for any questions if needed. The condo was perfect for us and was so cozy. Every amenity was wonderful and that shower pressure was awesome! Will definitely stay here again, so close to the main part of town and the base of the mountain. 5 stars all the way!
