The first room we were offered was absolutely diabolical, it didn't even have a window and smelled of paint! Fair play to the hotel they did change us to a room that was marginally better for no additional cost but if we were staying there for any longer than one night I would've moved to a different hotel. English health and safety would 100% have the hotel condemned, there is zero fire escapes and god forbid there is a fire in the building, I doubt there would be any survivors!

Rooms were clean but the service was not upto the mark. Checkin was delayed by 1 hour and they do not have proper arrangements for baby bottle sterilization. So if you are travelling with a young infant please make ur own arrangements.
