Nature and water lovers will delight in the no shoes, no news serenity of Breeze of Paradise’s northern location but be close enough to the vibrant yet laid back villages of Maya Beach (5 minutes drive) and Placencia, which lies 35 minutes to the south by car.

Soft coral sand surrounds the back of this modern yet cozy beachfront home where endless days can be spent swimming in the pool, or looking for rays, dolphins and manatees in the Caribbean Sea just beyond. You can finally get round to reading a book in one of the hammocks under the beach palapa or creating a family meal in the fully equipped kitchen with views of the sea and surrounding palm trees.

If dining out is more your idea of relaxation, the culinary delights at Maya Beach Hotel Bistro, 1981, Singing Sands and La Dolce Vita are all within easy reach whilst the Tipsy Strip and beach bars of Placencia Village await beyond.

Breeze of Paradise is a light-filled 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa ideal for families and couples alike. You will have full run of the house and its grounds. The peace and serenity it provides is as treasured as its 360 views of awe inspiring coastal scenery. Nestled in peaceful Plantation you will really get the best of both worlds! You will have the opportunity to embrace the rare beauty of this unique peninsula as well as the southern mainland of the Stann Creek district.

The world famous Cockscomb Basin Wildlife Sanctuary, which houses over 300 species of birds plus jaguars, tapir and pumas, Mayan World waterfalls, ziplining, cave tubing, ATV jungle adventuring and horseback riding, Ya'axkin Butterfly Farm and world class diving at the Barrier Reef in both Hopkins and Placencia are all close by if you are in need of outdoor adventures. The home also caters for quieter days with board games, enjoying a beach BBQ, cooling down in the beachside pool or relaxing on the sun deck. You really will be spoilt for choice!
