Rosabianca is truly an amazing place. The staff is outstanding, and the way they treated us was incredible, paying attention to every detail during both check-in and check-out.
The team is professional, well-educated, and genuinely kind. The views are beautiful, and the food is excellent.
I will definitely visit Rosabianca many more times.

We checked in with the assistance of a wonderful Asian man. Very courteous and friendly. Not all the staff were as friendly.
Our room was nice but there was a terrible smell like drains. We spoke to Italian man on reception who said it was cleaning products. It wasn't.
We asked to be moved but he said the hotel was full :There were 3 tables occupied at breakfast. The room was clean however and the bed comfortable.
When we checked out we saw the Asian receptionist man who said he would have moved us. On that basis we have to say the stay wasn't perfect.
