Beautiful Condo located in the heart of the White Mountains. Newly remodeled on the second story with amazing views of the 10th tee of the Pine Top Lakes Golf and Country Club. A few hours drive from Phoenix or Tucson will land you in a vacation rental that will be your retreat for all of your great adventures. From the slopes of the nearby Sunrise Ski Resort To the shores of countless lakes and streams, your outdoor adventures await you. The best location in Sports Village, overlooking the 10th tee of the Pinetop Lakes Country Club. Very nice, well maintained home with new appliances and flooring, refinished cabinets, and a pellet stove fireplace to keep you warm on those stormy nights.
Upstairs unit overlooks golf course. Master bedroom has a king bed. other bedrooms are equipped with queen bed and twin trundle to sleep 6 all together. Each room has a smart TV with Roku and WIFI access. Washer and dryer for extended stays. Great deck provides space for outdoor relaxation. Walking distance to golf, trails, and horse back riding. Close to shops and restaurants in Pinetop-Lakeside.

This was an amazing place to stay with beautiful things to see both inside and outside. The bed was especially inviting ranking 2nd only to our bed. What a great place to stay. I hope we can come back again some time.

Yes our stay was great. Didn’t know there were stairs and it’s difficult for me to climb them. We had quite a dilemma with our rental, they said we didn’t have a reservation! But they figured it out eventually. We liked the treats that were on the counter for freeand the view was great!

Lovely stay! Thank you! My family enjoyed a relaxing time before heading home for Christmas. We stayed six years ago and it was just as we remembered it. The kids, now teenagers, enjoyed the trundle beds, just like they did when they were younger even though they could have each had their own room.

Absolutely perfect, located at the 10th tee box at the golf course and next door to the club house. The condo was very clean, and the decor was very cozy and welcoming. The bedrooms and bathrooms worked out well with us and the other couple that stayed with us. They had their own privacy as we did also. I highly recommend this condo for a getaway. We loved this condo! We will definitely be back!

The property isn’t in the newly remodeled category anymore. It has been nicely updated, but needs some tlc. Owner did change out a squeaky dishwasher & had a new barbecue. Master bath tub/shower needs a redo. The cookware needs replaced, but owner now knows that. Owner was open for a punch list as we had stayed 60 days & comfortable. The views are best in area from balcony!

Overall our stay was very pleasant. The only drawback was that we couldn’t sleep with the window open and enjoy the overnight fresh air because of the lawn blowers going off at 5:30 in the morning. I guess that’s one of the negatives of living on a golf course.lol

Inside and out, the condo had not been cleaned. Floors, used tissues, dust, ants crawling in sink, refrigerator dirty, wet clothes in washer, dishwasher unusable, oven filthy, grill was rusted and horrible

Cozy Place

This is the 4th year we have stayed at this cabin. It's cozy and charming. We enjoy the closeness of the golf course, where we can easily go on walks, and the great balcony view. The fireplace that makes it feel like a winter cabin. I did not notice, however, that not much has changed since the first time we stayed here. I'm hoping that by the next time we book this place, some needed deep cleaning and updates will be done.

Absolutely satisfying

Everyone totally enjoyed our time in the condo! It was very comfortable, we had everything we needed, the location was amazing as we overlooked the golf course as well as the beautiful pines! We all had a cozy, homely feeling and anything we might have needed was just minutes away! The only downfall if thats what you want to call it was the lack of lighting in the kitchen area. But overall we had an AMAZING time!

Attending a wedding

We were very impressed with the property. The condo was in a nice and quiet neighborhood, it was decorated very nicely, it was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and we had everything we needed. It was also very near the venue (The Gathering Place) where we were attending a wedding, we could have walked there. Paige was very nice and very easy to work with. I would recommend anyone wanting a place to stay to check this condo out.

Perfect place

The cabin was lovely, clean and perfect for our stay. The property owner went over the top to make us feel welcome with a basket of snacks, thoughtful and helpful messages regarding amenities and hotel quality sheets and towels. The place also had AC which not all places in Pinetop do so it was very comfortable. We have stayed in 3 different units in this complex and this one was by far the best. We had a golf event to attend and the location was literally a few steps away. It was such an enjoyable stay, thank you.

Great Stay !!!

The property is an upstairs unit right next to the Pinetop Lakes Country Club. A golfers dream to be able to walk 30 yards to your golf cart from where your staying. The unit itself is clean and very comfortable, with all the amenities you need to make your stay enjoyable. If you don't feel like cooking, there is a restaurant at the clubhouse that serves good food. After the course closes, you can take a walk on the cart path among the trees and cool weather. A non covered parking spot is provided close to the unit. I should point out during the summer when the golf course is in operation, beginning at 7am the starter starts announcing golfers to the 1st tee. So if you like sleeping in it may get disrupted ever 7 minutes by an announcement. During the winter that wont be a problem. You like to keep the sliding doors open to allow a nice breeze inside. The only problem was the screen doors were off there tracks and this caused a gap that allowed bugs and little critters inside. We had to keep the doors closed. I tried fixing them, but didn't want to break them. I hope this matter gets addressed and fixed. I would stay here again and recommend others do the same.
