Very large spacious yet cozy home with Luxurious kitchen with island and granite countertops, 2 dining areas, large living room and dining room with massive picture windows to take in the beautiful and private scenery, 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, Hot Tub, XL game room with foosball, ping pong, chess board/table, Smart wifi/cable T.V.'S in each bedroom and Big screen smart wifi/cable TV’s in both lounge areas. (6 smart televisions in total)

There is a large back yard deck with gorgeous views of the sunrise and Shawangunk Mountain views behind the home. Relax in one of our many outdoor chairs.

Large beautiful bonfire area surrounded by a circle of tall NY pine trees. 55 acres of secluded country living with a running Creek (Beaver Creek) take a walk and explore.
Plenty of outdoor seating, BBQ grill, and a Texas smoker for those who enjoy slow cooking their meat/food.

EVENTS:
Per our house rules and the required rental agreement you digitally sign upon renting Brech Mountain House, we do NOT allow events.
However, If you desire to rent the space at an hourly rate or for a 24 hour period for an event (baby shower, bridal shower, rehearsal dinner, employee appreciation dinner, photo shoot, business meeting, etc) please reach out to me as this is a seperate arrangement.

If you are renting our home as a vacation home but would like to "add on" a family reunion, wedding rehearsal dinner, bridal photo shoot, etc, please reach out to me as we need to approve this accordingly and provide you an updated rental agreement for you to sign.

Master bedroom and bath are on ground level and offer handicap accessibility. ♿

**I provide starter trash liners, toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, and paper towels. Please bring your own laundry detergent due to allergy sensitivities.

There is a small area across the property that hosts a few sheds. This is private property. Do not access. We use these sheds/buildings to store our equipment for maintaining such a large property.
Occasionally, there may be a tiny house on that private area. This space is private and you cannot see the tiny house from the home nor can the tiny house see you.
We occasionally host our daughter & son in law who volunteer worldwide and sometimes locally to assist others. When in NY, they stay in the tiny house.
We have Ring security cameras on the property that do not invade privacy. One is located by the garage door and shows vehicles driving up the road. The 2nd one is on the back deck and it looks out onto the back yard. The cameras are OUTSIDE and only show a small area of OUTSIDE SPACE & do not show a hot tub view. We value your privacy while trying to maintain the homes safety and security. Please inquire with any questions on this matter.
