Pine Brook Vacation Packages

Retro room style was not very appealing. Limited shelf space in bathroom. room service did not appear until the end of the day (4:00). Bed firm but comfortable. Staff and other amenities were good.

We loved the whole vibe of the hotel, it was supper cute and old looking. Loved the greenery and the scenery from our window. Super clean with comfy beds!! The staff were absolutely amazing and wonderful. We would definitely stay here again!!

The bed sheets were horrible. Made noise every time you moved. Clean and noisy

Hotel is under renovation so the onsite restaurant was completely closed, as well as certain amenities were broken/not functional. My initial room had a broken safe and broken tub jets-I was able to switch rooms thankfully. At least half the staff were young & serious lacking customer service skills. Good central location downtown.

My room was clean. Had great food for breakfast by way of room service. Quiet hotel. Great beds. Everyone that works there is so nice. I stayed here for four days. I was doing something at the convention center. You can walk outside or by way of skyway.
